Adverse medical events can be devastating!
The Maine Association of Nurse Anesthetists will host “Critical Incident Peer Support Training,” a conference for managers, leaders and providers. The conference will be held on Sunday, Sept. 13 from 8am-4pm at the Spectacular Events Center in Bangor, Maine.
This conference will cover:
- How to emotionally support providers through an adverse medical event
- How to bring a peer support program into your practice or facility
- Principles in providing patient apology and disclosures
This course includes 7 CE credits.
